“The Flame Of Anahata” is an interesting book to read if you are looking  for something new and different. Starting with the cover of the book, I wouls say cover could have been something different. According to the story, there was a mismatch between the plot and cover. But it is rightly said, “Never Judge a book by its cover.” And by seeing the cover, I started having a different story in my mind but the story was way totally different. I liked the way author managed connecting the past and the present in a proper manner without creating confusion in the minds of readers. The story of cave in the starting itself will arouse readers’ interest. The book holds story of love and friendship. The plot was amazing. I felt bad for Prithvi. No matter the confusion was cleared in the end but it was way too late. Another positive point was author did not stretched the story much. The pace was well maintained. Each character of the book held their own importance. Varsha’s character proved that some people do not deserve to be loved at all.

Overall, it was unpredictable story. The author has managed to keep the suspense till the last page. The writing style of the author was good and the narrative technique was excellent. The language used in the book was easy to understand in one go.It was surely an enjoyable read. A good one time read and I won’t mind reading it all over again.

RATING : 4/5
