“Life is complicated and uncertain, and there was a lot more that would unfold in the days to come. ”
I loved this quote from the book.
The cover of the book was attractive. Being a single parent is one of the most difficult and responsible job in a human’s life. ” Second Spring ” is all about a girl life, ” Avantika” , who alone handles her professional and personal life. She was the only parent to her son Aarav but she wholly fulfilled all her duties. Avantika was a well settled last but she was getting attracted towards one of her junior, ” Rohan. ”
She was confused between love and attraction but then she finally realised it was love. Avantika life was never bed of roses but then even she was a strong lady or I must say some situations made her strong. Avantika and Rohan friendship grew when they were together out of city for an official meeting. When after few months of togetherness both of them were sure about their feelings that confessed their love but then another storm hit their life affecting Avantika much. The author did not let the suspense die till the last page. Apart from that, the author managed to break readers guess. The writing style as well as the narrative style was quite good. The simple language used by the author added cherry to the cake. There were some lines which touch my heart. Before finishing the whole book no one would love to put it down.

RATING : 3.5/5
