TIPS FOR OILY SKIN IN SUMMERS

In summers it is really difficult to keep skin fresh and shining. But it is true that if we take care we can get good,charming skin even during summers. In summers rashes and acne are the biggest problem specifically for the people having oily skin. When skin get damaged a lot, it is difficult to be taken care of.

I would like to share some tips !

1. Positive thinking helps a lot.

2. Drinking water gives the skin shine in it. Drink at least ten to twelve glass of water per day.

3. Wash at least 3-4 times your face with cold water.

4. Avoid sunlight as much as you can. Do not step out of your house between 10am-3pm. At that time the sun is more damaging and can affect your skin.

5. Eat healthy foods. Include food that has Vitamin A and Vitamin B2. Carrots and Spinach are rich in Vitamin A whereas beans , nuts are rich in Vitamin B2. Avoid taking fried foods and oily foods. Sugar should be avoided.

6. Exercise regularly.

7. Apply a good sunscreen lotion. Try using SPF 30++ for best results.

8. Do not apply heavy markups.

9. Before going on bed at night do not forget to clean your face. Do cleaning , toning and moisturizing before sleeping.

10. Rose water includes Vitamins and antioxidant in it. Wash your face regularly with rose water.

Homemade remedies are always useful for having a good and shining skin. These remedies make your skin healthy too.

11. Almonds are rich in Vitamin E. Make a thick paste of Almond and milk and apply on your face and rest of the open areas. Keep the pack for 15-20 minutes. Wash with cold water.

12. Mix masoor dal, leaves of roses and almond. Make a thick paste of all three. At the end put a tea spoon turmeric and lemon juice. Keep it for ten minutes and then wash it off.

13. Rub lemon all over the open areas.

14. Mix baking soda and water and form a paste. Apply it on your face and leave for ten minutes. This will make your skin oil free and smooth.

15. Try scrubbing your face with a homemade scrub of honey and sugar. This will moisturize your skin.

16. Rub a cut tomato on the skin. Continue rubbing till the juice soak the skin. After fifteen minutes wash with cold water.

17. Avoid drinking coffee.

18. Peel Apple and cut it into small pieces. Rub these Apple pieces on your face. After an hour clean the face with cold water.

19. Mix Multani Mitti, Sandalwood in Rose water and apply daily.

20.Rub Aloe-Vera gel on your skin. You can even refrigerate the gel to get cooling effects.
